By accessing or using Get Resumatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Get Resumatch.
Get Resumatch is an AI-powered career matching platform. We parse your resume, search for relevant job listings, rank them by compatibility score, and help you tailor your resume for specific roles using AI.
We do not apply to jobs on your behalf. Clicking Apply redirects you to the employer's official site or listing. We are not a staffing agency, recruiter, employment agency, or job board.
Tailored resumes and other AI-generated content are provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing AI-generated content before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI output or job placement outcomes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Get Resumatch. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are using it for your own personal job search.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@getresumatch.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
You may use Get Resumatch for your personal, non-commercial job search activities. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use the service to create fraudulent resumes or misrepresent your qualifications to employers; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service; use automated bots or scripts to access the service; share your account credentials with others; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain all ownership rights to your resume and any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Get Resumatch a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely to provide the service to you. This license terminates when you delete your account.
The free tier includes 5 job searches per month and 1 lifetime resume tailor. Free tier search counts reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
Match Pack ($9.99 one-time), Pro Matcher ($24.99/month), and Pro Annual ($199/year) plans are available. Paid features activate upon successful payment confirmation from Stripe.
Recurring subscription charges (Pro Matcher and Pro Annual) are processed automatically by Stripe on your billing date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@getresumatch.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until the period ends.
One-time Match Pack purchases are non-refundable once the searches or tailors have been used. Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you experience a billing error, contact support@getresumatch.com within 7 days.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice via email. Price changes will not affect active annual subscribers until their renewal date.
Get Resumatch, its logo, name, design, software, and all original content created by us are owned by Get Resumatch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our written permission.
You own your resume and any content you upload. AI-generated resume versions produced using your content as input are considered derivative works that you may use freely for your job search.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by Get Resumatch to improve the service without compensation or attribution to you.
Get Resumatch does not guarantee job interviews, callbacks, employment offers, or any particular outcome.
AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors. Always review AI-generated content carefully before using it in a job application.
Job listings are sourced from third-party sites and may become outdated, closed, or inaccurate. We do not verify the accuracy of third-party job listings.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Resumatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@getresumatch.com to attempt good-faith informal resolution within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
